If you’re purchasing from outside Malaysia, please email hello.lizziemart@gmail.com to receive a product catalogue in your currency and a shipping quote to your country. International orders are handled manually to ensure fairer rates and safe delivery.

Shipping within Malaysia (っ'-')っ=͟͟͞͞💌
Prints, toys, and delicate items require additional protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery will be made every Wednesday

West Malaysia (Normal packaging): RM10–RM30+

West Malaysia (Low-Waste packaging): RM8–RM22+

East Malaysia (Normal packaging): RM16–RM35+

East Malaysia (Low-Waste packaging): RM12–RM30+

Self-pickup or Grab/Lalamove delivery can be arranged upon request, depending on my availability.

Processing Time ⋆ ˖ ⏱︎.ᐟ
All orders are processed within 1–7 working days. Handmade items or toys that are preordered may take longer. Processing times may also be affected during festive seasons or when I am boothing at events.
Any extended timelines will be stated clearly at checkout, and any unexpected delays will be announced on my social media or communicated via email/DM when necessary.

Packaging Options ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤ
To ensure your items arrive in excellent condition, I use bubble wrap, rigid mailers, boxes, and protective sleeves depending on the item. I always aim to balance secure packaging with reducing waste, and I encourage buyers to choose the low-waste option whenever possible.
Low-Waste Packaging (Recommended) ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ
A sustainable option where materials are kept to a minimum. Items are combined into a single package whenever safe to do so. For example, 2–3 prints and stickers will be packed together instead of individually. Some items may still require separate protection. I also reuse defect prints, envelopes, boxes, and bubble wrap to reduce waste while keeping everything secure.
Standard Packaging (っ˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)っ🎁
Each item is packed individually using new materials for maximum protection. This option is suitable if you prefer items separated or gift-ready.

Returns & Exchanges (⸝⸝๑﹏๑⸝⸝)

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order is damaged in transit, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so I can assist with a replacement or solution.

For toy defects or print issues, I review cases individually.

For Retired Manic Pixie Dream Girl camisole: size/second batch upgrade exchanges can be made but delivery methods and costs will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels .·°՞(っ-ᯅ-ς)՞°·.
Once orders are shipped, delivery times depend on the courier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact me and I will help you open a report with the courier. Refunds for lost parcels will follow the courier’s compensation policy.

Toys
Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, and abrasive surfaces. Best to be kept inside packaging.
Prints
Store flat or best framed behind glass; avoid humidity and direct sunlight to preserve colour.
Apparel
Wash with cold water, without softener and air-dry to preserve longevity.
